It all began with a small team and one delivery van.
With a shared vision and a passion for bringing two-hatted food to catering, we quickly realised the gap in the market at a function level, the lack of a heightened food and beverage offering to celebrate people’s significant events. We recognised the need to create memorable experiences that surpassed the usual catering standards and aimed to provide a unique culinary experience that would elevate any occasion.
Our attention to detail, learned from the fine dining experience, ensured that even small, seemingly insignificant moments were treated with the same level of care and consideration as the bigger picture. Today, with a highly qualified, experienced team of chefs from a variety of nationalities and backgrounds, Food & Desire has become synonymous with innovation and cutting-edge cuisine. We use locally sourced ingredients, cook to seasonality and freshness is non-negotiable.
